Protesting

 

Definition: Also called a remonstrance, protesting is a way to express a cause by words or actions, typically in regards to particular events, policies, or situations. Protests are organized to publicly attempt to sway public opinion or government policy, and are usually part of a systematic and peaceful campaign, but can also use direct action.
